About Skylines Yoga

I first started practicing yoga in 2014 simply seeking exercise outside of the gym and running. I found so much more on my mat beyond the physical asana and fell in love with the practice. In 2018, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Charleston, South Carolina, and completed Yoga Nidra training in 2020. Combining my love for music, movement, and community, my class will offer a dynamic and playful sequence leaving you feeling refreshed. I can't wait to flow with you soon!

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and knew I had to take my passion to the next level becoming RYT 200 certified. I love to teach yoga because of all it brings to our lives: mind, body, & spirit! It’s the way to a fulfilling life! When I am practicing, every part of my soul is engaged! I feel so connected with myself, centered, grounded, and at peace. I am excited to share with my students how they too can find those feelings yoga gives, bring back balance to their lives, and cleanses the soul!

My yoga journey began in 2012 when I attended my first yoga class. Little did I know this practice would change my life entirely. As I continued to practice I found stillness in my mind, strength within my body and spiritual growth. I started learning more about ME. In 2021, I completed my 200-hr teacher training in Rochester, NY and am currently going through 85-hr prenatal teacher training to reach more individuals in the yogic community. All are welcome at any level, let’s flow together and transform the body and the mind through the power of yoga!
